The Monte do Tadeu staircase is a blank canvas for artists to express their art and beautify the surrounding area.

The latest work was by Giulia Yoshimura or "Mura", who brought the colours of Brazil with her work "Passiflora". The canvas is currently being prepared to receive a new artist.

Porto's Urban Art Programme was launched in 2014 and laid the foundations for a route that has continued to grow and transform the city's landscape. More than just freeing up walls, it has established a new and closer relationship between the artistic community, the territory and its inhabitants, making this artistic expression an everyday experience.
