About
A new multifaceted space has been reborn inside the mythical Casa Margaridense, famous for its incomparable pão-de-ló (sponge cake). There is a shopping area offering Portuguese products made the traditional way and a tearoom that, at night, becomes a bar offering a wide-ranging cultural programme. It has a nice terrace, ideal for lively conversation.
At night, try the “pão-de-ló” paired with red wine, while enjoying the DJ’s music selection.
This reopening made different products available: varied jellies, marmalades and sweet food, made with fig, tomato, apple with raisins, pumpkin with nuts or almonds, biscuits and cookies, honey, pieces of jam, teas, chocolates Vianense, candies from Régua and also Douro wines, soap and traditional Viarco pencils.
