A self-service laundrette in the Historic Centre could never be any laundrette. So it was a challenge for us to open the first laundrette of this kind, a service so linked to the impersonal way of life of the big cities, in one of the most friendly and community area in the city.
The solution was to fill the Lavandaria do Infante with what we like most in the Historic Centre, such as its cosiness and its honest beauty. So we gave what did not yet exist in the area of Ribeira do Porto: a modern laundry service with state-of-the-art equipment (last generation Miele washer and dryer) and extended opening hours, everyday of the week.
