About

Sporting body, recognised by the Portuguese Surfing Federation, is dedicated to teaching surf.
It has practical and theoretical classes both videotaped and photographed in order to show the physical preparation and specific technique necessary to practise the sport as well as preparing athletes for top level competition. It also promotes the values of "sportsmanship", particularly among the youngest surfers.
