System for monitoring the tourist during the stay, maintaining the health care services he/she has in his/her home country. Upon request of the tourist to his/her tour operator, hotel, health insurer, or directly to T.H.E., he/she is presented with a health care plan suitable for his/her specific needs. When approved, all necessary entities shall be contacted in order to contract the provision of health care. This service is subject to a protocol between the Municipality of Porto and T.H.E. to ensure its dissemination to the target audience, and guarantee total customer satisfaction.
