About

Sent to be constructed by the Alvo Brandão Perestrello Godinho family, whom were heirs to the Viscounts of Basemão, it was remodeled in the XIX century, by the Counts of Trinidad and in 1849 welcomed the exiled King Sardenha e Piemonte, Carlos Alberto de Saboia. Property of the Local Council of Porto since 1959, temporary exhibitions have been arranged as well as areas for different events to be held.
