It’s not a traditional kitchen, but it likes to eat well and experiment new flavours and create new dishes. Yes, it is an alternative platform and a professionalized experiment. Yes, it is a space of informalities, artistic collaborations and cultural convergence. It’s a cultural producer, with an artistic conscience of intervention, production and presenting artistic programmes which act as contemporary conditions of culture. It is an open urban space, bastard and emblematic of the city.
