The bookshop Almedina was settled in Porto in the early 80’s, by suggestion of its customers who had studied in Coimbra and were now in need of a place to buy their books in Porto. Located on the Rua de Ceuta, in the centre of a neighbourhood traditionally known for its bookshops, it serves a large public from the Law and Technical and Scientific professional groups. Although being a bookstore specialised in Law and Technical books it offers as well the latest novelties in literature and books for the younger ones.
