Located in the former Praça Velasquez, now Praça Dr. Francisco Sá Carneiro, it was named after the famous Spanish painter.
Opened several decades ago, this café has a tobacconists and an outdoor seating area that is much sought after in the summer.
Thanks to its proximity to the Estádio de Dragão (Dragão Stadium), on match days it fills up with fans of the king of sports both before and after the game.
