Café Progresso is a centennial establishment, with a lively and forward-looking spirit. In the last works of renovation of the space, it was tried not only to recreate several original aspects of its historical roots but also to recreate its famous cult of coffee, now with the most advanced techniques of roasting and preparing, by professional Baristas, different filter coffees or espressos and its derivatives. It has a kitchen with a wood oven, which combines its famous brunches and freshly squeezed juices, to baking handmade and naturally leavened bread, a wood oven as the base of the best focaccias, pizzas, pinsas, classic and contemporary sandwiches of the city.
