It opened its doors to the public in 1905 as a tailor’s shop and, since the 1950s, has been dedicated to the reproduction of printed fabrics with traditional Portuguese designs. Over the years it has been recovering old patterns and introducing new ones to meet the expectations of different publics, in a balance between tradition and innovation.
