About
Between June 14th and 18th, the 7th edition of the biggest national beer festival is back, in one of the most secret and beautiful locations in downtown Invicta!
Thus, the former Dona Amélia II velodrome, now known as the Soares dos Reis National Museum Gardens, becomes the “home” of PortoBeerFest… it is expected that the festival will adopt this location for the coming years.
For the first time, this fabulous PortoBeerFest venue – with entrance on Rua Adolfo Casais Monteiro – is hosting a major international event in Porto.
PortoBeerFest's musical programming remains transversal to ages and fashions, resorting to the mentoring of DJs Rui Trintaeum or DJ Sue M, among other names and collectives that make up the sound history of Porto.
The gastronomic component supports the wonderful signature beers, with an offer of 18 street food points focused on the theme of the event.
SUSTAINABLE EVENT
For the first time, PortoBeerFest receives the certificate of “Sustainable Event” with the attribution of “Sê-lo Verde” from the Environmental Fund.
This distinction also constitutes an incentive to the adoption of public transport or even cycling, among other solutions that the enclosure will present with an ecological sense.
To materialize and emphasize this aspect, the always popular moments of tastings and tastings, live cooking and workshops in this edition follow the key theme of sustainability and reuse.
