Teatro Nacional São João once again hosts the final performance of Território, a programme by Estúdios Victor Córdon, in collaboration with Companhia Nacional de Bailado. For a month, 12 young dancers from dance schools across the country are offered an artistic experience with two choreographers in the international circuit. The 4th edition features multi- award-winning British choreographer Wayne McGregor and emerging Israeli choreographer Shahar Binyamini. Serving as a platform for starting a career, the programme helps to broaden the spectrum of professional options and clarifies the artistic future of each participant. João Afonso Vaz is the director of the short film that is featured in the performance, as winner of the Território | Estúdios Victor Córdon award, in the category of Best Portuguese Director at InShadow – Lisbon ScreenDance Festival 2020.
