About

The most important rally legend event held in Portugal is back as of this Friday. The competition gathers more than 100 teams and covers eight municipalities, including Porto, where one can see the caravan on Saturday night, on the waterfront next to Largo do Cálem.

RallySpirit Altice will once again bring together some of the most iconic rally cars of all generations, in a relaxed and festive atmosphere, but always with the competition in mind.

This will be a unique opportunity for rally enthusiasts, who will be able to see in action models that have gone down in history, such as the Opel Ascona 400 (was driven by Walter Röhrl), the Toyota Celica Twin Cam (TTE, was driven by Lars Erik Torph), the Toyota Corolla WRC (was driven by Didier Auriol and Pedro Matos Chaves), the Subaru Impreza 555 (was driven by Colin McRae), or the Lancia Delta Integrale (was driven by Juha Kankkunen). There will also be two Audi Sport Quattro E2s (pinnacle of the renowned golden generation of the 1980's rallies), two Lancia Stratos (a true symbol of the 1970's rallies) and models such as the Alpine-Renault A110, Porsche 911, Nissan 240 RS, Talbot Sunbeam Lotus, Ford Escort RS or BMW M3, which also promise to liven up this year's edition of the race.
