Zé Pedro, the legendary guitarist of Xutos e Pontapés, is the greatest figure in Portuguese rock 'n' roll, having been a major proponent, not only as the founding guitarist of the greatest Portuguese band ever, but also by promoting the music genre as music critic, broadcaster and owner of Johnny Guitar, mythical Lisbon club and concert hall, where so many bands took their first steps.
