Spring begins to want to bloom and soon the stalls, of Mercado Temporário do Bolhão, are filled with new products that have just arrived and come to delight everyone in the menus of the month of March.
New potatoes and onions, mangetout and citrus fruits of the season, are some of the many seasonal products you will find here. The days are longer and sunnier, and March will spread with renewed energy.
We have prepared a month of fresh novelties for you and your family, because we want you to be healthier and happier experiencing the Bolhão tradition!
To start in a healthy way, on Saturday, March 7th, at 11 am, the first edition of the section Chef no Bolhão Opções Saudáveis section will take place, in partnership with the website Vida Ativa and Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo, where the theme will be Healthy and Vegan Recipes suggested by nutritionist Ana Monteiro, from the blog Laranja-Lima.
