Bossarenova is a transatlantic trio that brings together Paula Morelenbaum, the great voice of Bossa Nova from Brasil, and two exceptional German musicians: the renowned pianist Ralf Schmid and Joo Kraus, one of the best European trumpeters today.

The return to Portugal takes place within the scope of the European tour to present "Atlântico", their most recent album and a new milestone in this virtuous alliance, a sort of timeless symphony that translates all the beauty and charm of Brazilian music and its composers. They celebrate João Donato, revere Edu Lobo and the famous partnership between Ivan Lins and Vítor Martins, bring the poetry of Egberto Gismonti to the stage, remember Caetano Veloso and honour Tom Jobim, excellent conductor who invited Paula Morelenbaum to join Banda Nova and with whom she worked for ten years.

“Atlântico” is proof of the incredible versatility of these artists and their ability to crear a unique sound in the reinterpretation of established pieces. The trio dives with acccuracy and security in this ocean of sounds.
