A reflection, as a theatre play for families, about prejudices and ceramic toads. In Portugal, ceramic toads are displayed in commercial establishments to keep people away. If ceramic toads upset people of flesh and blood - gypsies - toads upset us all. On stage will be father and daughter.

Founded in 2009, the theatre company Amarelo Silvestre carries out its activities from Canas de Senhorim, Municipality of Nelas. Contemporary theatre created in a semi-urban context, paying close attention to the world and what’s happening. Highlight to the dramaturgy spoken in Portuguese and for the choreographic body of the actor on stage. Word and body: two pillars of the artistic purpose of Amarelo Silvestre.
